Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time (CST) on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Example: Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Friday will typically ship the following Monday.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment details.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the selected carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Transit times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Spectral Paints is responsible for preparing and shipping your order promptly. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times and transit updates are controlled by the carrier.
