30-Day Returns: You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, aside from a small test spray. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We can provide a return label upon request. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Damages & Concerns

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We review each situation individually and will work with you to make it right.

Exchanges & Replacements

We want our customers to be satisfied with their order. Exchange and replacement requests are reviewed individually to determine the best resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
